PAGCOR problems public warning about fake online gambling websites

The Philippine Enjoyment and Videopcgaming Company (PAGCOR) has launched adeclaration following a rising pattern of illegal online videopcgaming websites using the PAGCOR logodesign to feign credibility.

The PAGCOR logodesign, a red and blue motif, is found on several online casino websites that don't hold any legitimate licences.

Alongwith removing the websites when they're uncovered, PAGCOR is taking actions to contact payment servicecompanies to quit resettlements towards unlawful gambling websites.

The risks from unlicensed gambling websites many and range from monetary frauds to taking individual information.

The Federalgovernment emphasises that there are avarietyof sources available for customers to inspect the credibility of online gambling websites before they dedicate any individual information or monetary means to them.

PAGCOR advises thegeneralpublic to inspect the list of licensees on the official federalgovernment website to see if the driver getson the approved list orotherwise, instead comparedto simply relyingon the presence of the PAGCOR logodesign on the website.

Previously this summer, PAGCOR announced a rebranding initiative to privatise 45 gamblingestablishments throughout the nation.
